Help with choosing the bike?
I'm about to buy a street bike second hand, but I just wanted to hear other people's opinions in it. This is a 2001 Bianchi Alloro SL Aluminum, tires tires have been upgraded to 'spruce', although I'm not sure about the exact model, and STI levers, cranks and mechanisms have been updated back to "Dura-Ace 'the norm' Ultegra. How will riding a bike? It is light? Thanks
That sounds like a good bike. I like Bianchi. DA are excellent pieces. Alum good frame, carbon fork and nice too. rims fir is not well known in the U.S. are good Italian brand I believe. Do not know the weight, but I guess in the range of 18 pounds, very nice. I looked around and the bike retailed at $ 2100 in 2001. If the price is right for me to buy it.
