Which exercise bike is better?
I am looking at 3 bikes and I was wandering which one has the best features and would give me the best workout. Body Sculpture Programmable Magnetic Exercise Bc-6410xi-hb Ergo Upright Bike,
Schwinn Active A10 Upright Exercise Bike, and the Body Rider BRF700 Fan Upright Exercise Bike.
Of those 3 the Schwinn Active A 10 is the best. The ones with a fan are pretty noisy. Check the local craig's list first for a good used one first. People buy these things all the time and only use them a few weeks. Look for a magnetic resistance unit they are the quietest and most reliable. A heart rate monitor helps a lot but the ones with a chest band are the best. You can always buy a separate heart rate monitor for around $35-40. Learn to do an easy 10 min warm up and spin at 70-90 rpm's.
