Can an Ohio license plate have a frame around it cover the exp. year and county number stickers?
You can see the very top of them, but I am just wondering if you have to have the full two stickers present? Thank you.
You can get in trouble for covering up the stickers and the punishment varies from state to state so I don't know about it for you but it most likely would just be a fine if he even decided to do anything. My dad has caught people like that all of the time and he just tells them to remove or adjust the frame and sends them on their way if everything else is okay.
P.S. This is one of those offenses that is a minor and usually stupid thing but it is also a tool for some cops and just gives them a reason to pull you over and get you for something else or look for something. Don't give any reasons and don't get any problems!
