What's healthier for you an hour run or an hour on a bike ride?
I would say the run would be a nice easy pace, for about an hour, with very little stoppage cuz' it's around the city. The bike ride is a normal pace on a normal bike not sports or anything. So which one is it?
They are both good exercises. You are likely to burn more calories by running. You will have less long-term impact damage to your feet and joints by cycling. Either one can provide an equivalent aerobic workout.
