I have a speeding ticket and a seat belt ticket... Can i take both defensive driving and seat belt class?
These happened on two different days, BUT i do know that you can only take a defensive driving class if you haven't taken one within 12 months.. THIS IS IN TEXAS...so my question is can i take the defensive driving class and the seat belt class to have them both off my record? also it says i need to have a notarized request to take the defensive driving class. how and where do i do this? Thanks for the help.
The answer above is incorrect, I live in Texas and they do have a seat beat dismissal course but you can only take one per the 12-month period, so take it for the speeding ticket.
The request for the defensive driving comes from the court system and you have to abide by their rules, the one thing that may hurt you is that you have (2) tickets so you will need to see the judge and ask him or her.
This school is Texas approved for your ticket dismissal.
