rowing crew ?
i'm just starting crew and im skinny but i'm not lean or strong. I literally can't do a push up... no lie.
what do you suggest i do?
You have some work to do, but you can definitely do it. How's your cardio? Do lots of aerobic work on the erg, running, biking, whatever you want to do. You'll probably do weights eventually, and to get ready for that try doing exercises on your own, do pushups on your knees if you can't do 'real' ones, and be sure to do lots of leg and ab work. good luck!
