will walking cycling and swiming improve my running performance later on?
I ran 30 miles last week, walked 15 miles and cycled 5 miles, swam 10 minute endurance swim. Will this be better than just running. I have some running experience and can handle the crosstraining , b ut this is my first time being serious with it , will it help me?
