How do people not in shape handle all the physical exercise in Basic Training?
I'm in the middle of crossroads on whether to go into the military or college but am getting in as best shape as possible so i can be ready for if i choose military. I understand in basic they have miles upon miles of road marches and running and tons of other physical activity. I ran 4 miles yesterday and 2 today and it feels like i got hit by a train. How can all these people go in there so out of shape and do hard exercise every single day?

Also keep in mind tha vast majority of kids shoeing up for basic are out of shape. They start you off easy and work up. Of course the better in shape you show up the better it will be on you.
