Is the USA locked into a cycle of tax and spend?
Republicans cut taxes for their rich buddies, and run up huge debts by giving them no bid contracts.
Then Democrats are elected and try to balance the budget, there's nothing to spend, but taxes have be increased to pay off the deficit.
Then it's the Republicans turn once again.......
I hear Jeb and chelsea are in training, Jeb gets blank cheques to hand out, and Chelsea has to last all week with only 2 dollars 
Of course Hillary is next in the line of succession.
I've been a lifelong republican because I don't believe in taxing the people more..........I believe in working within your budget. But seeing that republicans really believe in BORROW and spend, I'd rather see tax and spend!
You can't run a household if all you do is take out loans. Same for our government!
If in a household you increase your income then you can spend more. The same should go for our government!!!!!
What this gerneration is doing is borrowing and passing it down to our future workers. That is soooooo not fair! We are morgaging their future.
