Will these wheels fit on a 52cm road bike frame that originally came with 26" wheels?

The quick answer is more than likely not. Your frame may have the space to fit these larger diameter wheels and tires but that would have to be measured. If it does have the space you still need to worry about brake placement. The brakes will not line up on the rims of the wheel since the rim will be farther up on. The only way that would be alleviated would be to have disc brakes. I assume your bike does not have disc brakes since most road bikes that had 26" wheels are much older models.
